Rico Technology Services is Division within the Rico Group and provides a wide range of technical services and field based engineering. The Division started as an extension to our courier fleet delivering technical exchanges of retail and IT equipment for leading service organisations. We have grown both in size and scope since then and are now one of the UK’s leading technical service suppliers.

Our Head Office is based in Slough, Berkshire. Our Customer Support Centre is based in Northampton and our Technical Support and Repair Centre is in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Our regional field teams operate from 12 Technical depots across the UK and Ireland and access over 200 PUDO’s.

We have over 170 engineers delivering services across the UK and Ireland on a day to day basis. In addition we have over 40 engineers screened, trained and retained on our books for projects and peak period work.

We provide a complete range of technical services focussed primarily on retail and IT equipment. We are predominately a field service organisation but we do in addition provide a number of supporting workshop and helpdesk based activities. We pride ourselves on our ability to customise services to meet our customer’s needs.

We have an extensive partner network that allows us to deliver service in over 30 countries across Europe and the rest of the world.

Whilst we have a large number of corporate customers, we have many, many small to medium sized businesses that are able to enjoy the benefits of having a local supplier with a national and international reach. The majority of our customers have used us for many years and are testament to our local business approach.
