Corporate Social Responsibility
Rico TVS SCS are proud to support The Jericho Foundation
Jericho seek out and engage people who experience significant personal or occupational barriers to employment, training or social inclusion. These barriers often include long-term unemployment, lack of skills or qualifications, homelessness, alcohol or substance misuse, a criminal record, low self-esteem or confidence, mild mental health problems or no history of work experience.
Jericho’s range of social enterprises provide safe learning environments for our clients while operating as commercial initiatives. Through these enterprises Jericho offer a wide range of products and services and seek to serve the local community. All projects contribute to the core Jericho vision and are underpinned by values of honesty, quality, value for money and care for the environment.
The Jericho Foundation, with its various Social Enterprises and holistic support services, has the experience, expertise and resource to deliver a programme of work experience enabling survivors of human trafficking to end their dependency on benefits, secure sustainable employment and become an inclusive and integrated part of their local community. Today Jericho employs approximately 65 core staff with a further 50 apprentices undertaking supported work placements in one of the 8 social businesses. Jericho turnover is approx. £2m – £2.5m
