Rico Technology Services can provide deskside support engineers as an integrated resource within your IT support team. These engineers are usually based on a single site or shared across a number of nearby locations. The work includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers and scanners) The resource will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
Our engineers have a wide and varied experience across a range of equipment and solutions and are backed by our in house technical support team. All deskside support engineers go through a rigorous pre-employment screening process and are CRB/DBS checked.
We can also cross train and accredit nearby field engineers so they are familiar with the customers site and working practices. They are then available as a backfill resource to seamlessly cover holidays and sickness.
